This report, concerning the policies of confidentiality of personal data by Architech srlthat owns and manages the domain www.architech.it intends to accurately describe the management of the processing of personal data of portal users.
This is an informative report pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 for users of the services of the web portal. 1. THE “HOLDER” OF THE TREATMENT

2. PURPOSE AND LAWFULNESS OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data provided by users who access this site, and possibly use the service “CONTACTS”, will voluntarily provide the following information:
“CONTACTS”: service provided to Users interested in receiving information about the services provided by the Owner. The personal data required to access this service are exclusively data relating to the personal data and contacts, such as name, surname and e-mail of the user.
The data of users deriving from the service provided are used only to perform the service itself or the performance/information may be requested and will not be disclosed to third parties. The Data Controller has determined the purposes of the processing identified in the performance of the activities of the Data Controller and to comply, in general, with the applicable laws.

The provision of personal data for the above purposes is optional and the failure to provide said data will have the only consequence to prevent the Data Controller from performing the service requested by the user, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016.
4. LEGITIMATE INTERESTS PURSUED BY THE DATA CONTROLLER
At the same time, the Data Controller, for Direct Marketing purposes, pursues its legitimate interests pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1 letter f) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, by sending newsletters and promotional and informative communications regarding the initiatives and services offered by the Data Controller.
The newsletters are generated by MailChimp, a service offered by a self-certified US provider, Privacy Shield.
5. COMMUNICATION AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The communication will be made only and exclusively to employees and direct collaborators of the Data Controller for the sole purpose of performing the service requested by the user, unless the communication is required by law.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the site entails, by its very nature, the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
We invite our users, in requests for services or questions, not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary or data defined as “sensitive and / or particular” under Articles. 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 within the limits and for the purposes specified in this statement.
6. METHODS AND MEANS OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed by automated tools, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access in compliance with the obligations to adapt to adequate security measures. In fact, all data will be acquired and stored in accordance with articles 32, 33 and following of EU Regulation 679/2016.
The Owner is not responsible for errors, content, cookies, publications of immoral illegal content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with current legislation by sites not managed by him.
7. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY
There is no transfer of data to a third country, except for the data necessary to generate the newsletters that are transferred to the service provider Mailchimp, subject to self-certified Privacy Shield.
8. AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING PROCESS
There is no automated decision-making process.
9. DURATION OF TREATMENT
The personal data acquired, also through the “CONTACTS” service, will be kept for the duration necessary to carry out the activities requested by the User and in any case for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of insertion.
The storage time may be extended and involve the acquisition of further data subsequently, in the event that the user requests services or purchases goods; in this case, the duration of the treatment, for administrative, accounting, fiscal and contractual purposes may be extended up to 10 years from the termination of the relationship, as provided for by current legislation (art. 2220 of the Civil Code, art. 22 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 29/09/1973 n. 600 and art. 2200 Civil Code).
The technical navigation cookies (described below), will be stored for the sole purpose of allowing the proper technical operation of the site itself and will expire automatically when the browser is closed.
10. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED NAVIGATION

The subjects to whom the personal data refer also have the right to revoke, at any time, the consent to process the personal data (in relation to all processing for which such consent is necessary), provided that the revocation shall not affect the lawfulness of the prior processing activity, and the right to ask Data Controller to limit the processing of the personal data in the cases referred to in Article 18 of EU Regulation 679/2016.Interested parties also have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
